Hello members of Howrse Help,

It has recently been brought to my attention that members are unsure as to the allowed dimensions for our user avatars here on the forum. To make it easier for you all to access that information, I'm giving you this topic, located here in the ground rules.

Avatars here on Howrse Help can be a maximum of 150 pixels wide and 200 pixels tall. Sometimes, if they are slightly larger, we'll allow you to keep them. The biggest problem is when they warp the forums. When admins and moderators here at the HH see too large of an avatar, they are to either send you a warning by PM or warn you on the topic itself. If your avatar is not removed or resized within 24 hours, an administrator will remove it.

To clarify - the above are the rules for the avatars here on Howrse Help. The rules about avatars at Howrse itself are as follows: Your avatar cannot be above 120 x 120 pixels. They cannot advertise services you are offering on Howrse. Please keep your Howrse avatars appropriate (no graphic material, curse words, etc.)

Please keep your Howrse Help avatars appropriate and clean. Same as with Howrse - no swearing, graphic material, and so on and so forth.
