When you go to feed her it will tell you how much hay to feed her. The grain depends on how hard you train her.

For now feed her more than the recomended amounts then put her in the pasture. There is a limit you can feed her in a dya, but you can get around that by putting in her the pasture.

You can PM on the game if you need more help. My name is the same there as here: Bluebunnysq
You can tell a gelding, you can ask a stallion, but you must discuss it with a mare.

As much as Bluebunny said, when you feed her, double the feed (or the most you can).

Try not to train her too much (I prefer to only do lessons as you really need the most time putting her in the pasture).

Then put her in the pasture as long as you have. Make sure though, that then pastures are clean, because the last thing she wants is to get mud fever while recooperating. Plus, the more fertile the pasture, the more feed she'll get.;)

When a horse is under weight, you can also give them extra grain - I find that will help them pick up weight faster. (Much like in real life.)
