A vet will still be called, but you will have to pay the full $600

The vet fee also depends on the healthcare of the EC doesn't it?

yes, it does prettie_arab_ponies. take the percent of healthcare and subtract it from 600. that's what you'll pay.
Oh, how fun!

So if the healthcare of the EC is 100%

600-100=500

ya it all depends on the healthcare at where your mare is boarded
you start with the base of 600 then subtract what the healthcare is at and that is your foaling cost
