To figure out the price of the vet fee, go to the page of the EC your mare is stabled in. Over to the right of the page will be a star graph. Hover over the "Health care" star bar and you will see what percent of prestige that EC has for health care.

take $600 minus the number you just discovered and that is how much you will pay.

My EC, for example, has a health care percentage of 80%

I pay $600-$80 for the vet, or $520.

So, the greater the percent of prestige of the EC re Health Care, the lower your vet fee will be.... am I right??

Yes you are correct. The fee at my EC is currently $500.

yeah the better health care the EC has, the more expensive it will be.

Well, the better the health care, the less it will cost.
You subtract the health care percent from 600.
So with say 100% (600 - 100 = 500e) with better health care would cost less that say 50% with woarse health care (600 - 50 = 550e)

Nah. Cause then some people would be putting their horses in crap ecs. And the pregnant mares would get sick from bad health care. And the world would just go to chaos.
