If you click on the colour when you ultra-sound you can read about what your baby's going to look like :) Not quite a picture, but close enough.

Hi! I am considering breeding my mare--and I wanted some advice first--this forum has already answered alot of my questions so far....... :D

1) is having twins recommended?
2) what about Aphrodites tears?
3) I have read that your horse should have 20 wins before breeding--is that 20 1st places? or do they mean 20 total including 1st, 2nd and 3rd combined?

Thanks for all your help!

1) Yes!! If you have twins you can sell one of them and it's two for the price of one.
2) Yes! The foals will be bettter. I've found it's really worth it.
3) 20 first places. I haven't seen a horse younger than ten that has twenty. But you should try to get 20 wins, older than ten and maxed out skills. Then the foal will be the best you can get it.

Thanks!

How will I know the skills are maxed out?

Also, is there an age limit on the mare for breeding? Can she be too old? or does it depend on her health?

Thanks for your help! :D

If she isn't immortal you should probably stop after 25 years, because she will start to lose health. Also she has to be older than 2 and a half years.

When you pass riding level four, you'll get to the origins. It is when the origins are bolded. Like these but you only need the top three bolded:

Ok-thanks. I have 5 more days till I can take Level 4--I can't wait to see her origins!! Curiosity is killing me! lol!

She is immortal already--she is 9 years 3 months now-hopefully I am doing things right and will get nice foals when the time is right!

Thanks again

She's an original (from ouranos and gaia), so if you click on her breed. In the skills box it tells you her origins.
